Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, wedding shower, or family gathering, choose something that everyone will love and remember! Hoppy Trolley offers private beer tours 7 days a week!
We currently offer three private craft beer tours:
- Our classic Northeast brewery tour takes you on a journey through the Northeast Minneapolis District to explore beloved breweries, such as 56 Brewing, 612Brew, Fulton, and Indeed.
- Our second tour takes you through the West Metro area to savor local beers at Excelsior Brewing, Unmapped, and Wayzata Brew Works.
- Our third private tour option takes you on an exploration of Lowertown Saint Paul.
All three options span a total of three fun-filled hours, with the option of expanding your private tour for longer.
What’s Included in Your Private Craft Beer Tour:
- One or two busses (as needed) for your private party. Each bus holds 14 guests, giving you a total of 28 available seats for your private event.
- Easy pick up and drop off
- Beer, cider, and distillery tours of the Northeast Minneapolis district (Saint Paul is brewery tour only!)
- Facility tour and samples at one brewery (depending on availability)
- Stops at three destinations
- Option to include beer-paired dinner at your favorite local eatery
You can choose between two options for your private craft beer tour:
- Option (A): $30/person additional for one beer included
- Option (B): *$40/person additional for unlimited beer included
Customizing Your Private Minneapolis Craft Beer Tour
Looking for a little more variety? We now offer the option of combining your Northeast or West Metro brewery tour with a cider and distillery tour. How this works is you get to choose whether you’d rather visit two breweries and one cider mill or vise versa. Distillery tours are limited to two distillery destinations per tour.

*Unlike the public tour option, we do not require a minimum number of passengers for private tours. Instead, you will book the entire bus, and select the beer package you want!
